Hi, I'm Kasia, and I've been where you are.

For years, I felt powerless to my mind, held back from becoming the person I wanted to be, and unable to enjoy life. From the outside, I looked successful. But internally, my automatic thinking patterns made me feel exhausted, unfulfilled, and robbed of my happiness. I was trapped in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, emotional spiralling, and self-doubt that negatively impacted my confidence, behaviour, relationships, and direction in life. Until I learnt the tools take back control and create a mindset that empowered me. Everything changed when I learnt how to recognise, question, and intentionally work with the first thoughts influencing the way I moved through life.
